interactive harmony study
This is the basis of Prisha and I's final project, GirlTime. Conceptually inspired by the conversation women have in the bathroom, we want to explore girlhood while almost replicating that safe space. I can talk about that more later on.
For now, Prisha and I worked on this code which contains a video manager, tone players, and a tone sampler. Essentially, whenever a magnet is removed from a sensor (object picked up) a random video, interview clip, and chords will start looping. You can layer videos and chords together. A time of flight sensor affects the delay on the chords. The root of the chords is randomly selected and each one builds on that.
This is repo is pretty far a long because Prisha and I have been working on this since spring break, but we incorporated the harmony this past week.
